Thousands of Xbox One users are reporting that they are currently unable to access core online services with Xbox Live.
Down Detector has also seen a huge spike in reports of users unable to user Xbox Live.
Currently, the Xbox Live Status page is showing problems related to social and gaming services and more specficially it's impacting:
In-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards, avatar editing, or pictures
Multiple Xbox One owners trying to access Xbox Live are reporting that they're unable to log in or seeing an 0x87dd0006 error message.
It's currently unclear what is causing the server issues, but we do have an official acknoledgement from Xbox Support, who has said:
“We believe we have identified the problem causing some members to have issues viewing Achievements, Friends List or the activity of friends,” a message from Microsoft reads.
“Thanks for your patience as the team works to resolve the issue.”
These issues are not isolated to just the UK, but also worldwide from the United States to the east.
