F1 on HOLIDAY: Millionaire drivers cosy up to babes, hit the beach and drive SUPERCARS

FORMULA One’s drivers have been enjoying their end of season breaks in ways only multi-millionaire megastars can.

F1 cars will scream back into life in little over a month for the start of pre-season testing when the drivers get their hands on the 2018 challengers.

The drivers have been enjoying some much needed time off since Lewis Hamilton won last year's World Championship.

Instagram and social media accounts have been filled with decadent holiday snaps from the stars.

The world’s fastest men have been spending time with their WAGs, hitting the beach, getting behind the wheel of supercars, or swooping down the slopes.

Daily Star Online can reveal how the F1 stars have been spending their winter break before the season kicks into gear on February 26.

“Best year of my life”

Sergio Perez

World champ Hamilton has had a quiet time of it after landing himself in trouble over a video mocking his nephew for wearing a dress.

The 33-year-old banned himself from social media – meaning fans missed the usual snaps of adventures and A-lister events.

However, paparazzi managed to snap him at a couple of events – including when he was pictured partying with a very famous crew.

Mercedes star driver was snapped enjoying an evening at The Fashion Awards in London with pals UFC icon Conor McGregor, rumoured flame Rita Ora, and top models Jourdan Dunn and Irina Shayk.

Meanwhile, teammate Valtteri Bottas was enjoying a break at home in Finland, apart from a quick hop over to enjoy the sun in South Africa.

The 28-year-old – who won three races in 2017 to finish third in the championship – even pictured himself training in the snow, gearing himself up to challenge Hamilton this season.

Fellow Finn Kimi Raikkonen also made a splash when he joined Instagram for the first time, much to the delight of fans, sharing intimate snaps of his home life.

Raikkonen, the 2007 world champion and current Ferrari driver, showed pictures of him with his son Robin at his cabin home and even snapped a shot of his collection of racing helmets as he had a quiet Christmas break at his luxury pad.

McLaren drivers two-time world champion Fernando Alonso and rookie Stoffel Vandoorne didn't have much to smile about in 2017, with a slow and unreliable Honda engine blighting their season.

Both of them would have been happy to finally climb behind the wheel of a fast McLaren, as the drivers each posted snaps of them with their McLaren supercars.

Vandoorne, 25, was taking a black McLaren 7205 around the beaches of Florida on a holiday with his pals, while Alonso posed with an orange model of the car on Instagram.

The 36-year-old Spaniard has also been whetting his racing appetite as he gears up for the 24 Hours of Daytona sports car race next weekend.

Red Bull ace Daniel Ricciardo posted some snaps of him hanging out drinking with his mates back in Australia.

The 28-year-old even included a Christmas picture from poolside, featuring glorious sunshine, sandals and a huge inflatable flamingo.

His teammate hotshot racer Max Verstappen, 20, went skiing over the winter break and posted a cute Christmas snap has he hung out with his younger sister Victoria.

Defending champion Hamilton is expected to have a tough year ahead, with both Ferrari and Red Bull nipping at Mercedes' heels.

He will also have to once again fight off young teammate Bottas, who ended his disappointing 2017 campaign with a big win at the final race in Abu Dhabi.

His closest rival last year, Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel, will also be looking to bounce back after a series of mistakes effectively handed the title to Hamilton on a plate.

Verstappen and Ricciardo are also fighting for dominance in Red Bull after a close run year, while McLaren will be looking to return to the front with their brand new engine built by Renault.
