The Last Jedi is the last film to feature late actress Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, and Mark recently opened up about his regret over not seeing enough of her daughter, fellow actress Billie Lourde.
In an interview with E! News on Wednesday, Mark reminisced about the days he and Carrie were 'inseparable' and how losing touch with her over a number of years meant he didn't get to know Billie, who he calls his 'niece'.
He said: 'I feel badly that I wasn't there for my niece. [Billie] is wonderful in her own right. There is so much Carrie in her and so much of [her grandmother] Debbie Reynolds in her.'
