Lauren Harries is turning her hand to the world of exercise and is making a workout DVD.
She’s been pictured using hand weights on a Swiss ball while wearing a sports bra - although she might want to rethink her choice of denim hotpants, which aren’t the most practical choice when it comes to getting sweaty.
Lauren has also been talking excitedly about the upcoming DVD on Twitter - and seems to be very serious about making it happen.
One tweet reads: “Watch out for my new fitness video coming out soon!”

Another says: “My chef dad is working on a diet that will ensure you will all be a perfect weight and eat as much as you want”.
Lauren, that is music to our ears - especially at this time of the year.
She also told one fan: ‘I'm doing [a workout] with my dad. He is the fittest in our gym at 75 and my mum does eight hours a week hard workout also” [sic].
Last year Lauren was linked to toy boy Connor Yemm - although Connor later admitted to Mirror Online that the relationship was fake - despite the pair having appeared on Loose Women together, claiming to be together.
He said there was has never been anything sexual between them and that they're just "good friends".
Connor says that they've been on a couple of dates but are just mates, and while he acknowledges that there are a lot of pictures of him kissing the former Celebrity Big Brother star, he says it doesn't mean anything and that he's like that with all his female friends.
He told us: "I've told Lauren all along that we're just very good friends."

Lauren, 40, revealed her 'relationship' to Mirror Online in July, gushing about her "magnetic" make-out sessions with Connor and saying they met after he followed her on Twitter.
She struck up a conversation, asking him if he was straight, saying: "I had to ask whether he was gay, as you can never be too sure these days. And the good-looking ones always seem to be."
However, Connor tells us that he isn't straight, he's pansexual, which means he has a romantic or emotional attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity.
And Connor, who is from a small town in Nottingham, said that he believed he was going on Loose Women to talk about his sexuality.
"Me and Lauren we have been on dates and we were dating for about three months but it was nothing sexual," he told us.
