The TV Shows
Taking it back to the beginning, Chip and Joanna's farmhouse-style phenomena started with their hit HGTV show. As one of the highest-rated series in the network’s history, it’s no surprise that the couple was able to launch a spinoff, Behind the Design, that details Joanna’s sought-after decorating tips. In September, the couple announced that they'd be ending the beloved series after its upcoming fifth season to focus on their family and businesses.

The Vacation Rentals
The Gaineses have transformed their hometown of Waco, Texas into a certified travel hotspot thanks, in part, to their two vacation rentals. The Magnolia House, opened in 2016, books up in minutes every time a block of reservations becomes avaiable. Their newest addition, Hillcrest Estate, is quickly following suit. Availability for 2017 is long gone.

Their real estate business is booming, particularly now that certain homes featured on Fixer Upper have come up for sale. The company listed this industrial-meets-farmhouse dream for $565,000, and that price tag is on the lower-end compared to some other remodeled properties on the market.

The Rugs and Pillows at Pier 1
Textile maker Loloi collaborated with Joanna on her line of rugs and pillows available at Pier 1. The HGTV star is deeply involved with the process, writing on the Magnolia blog, “These pieces are made with so much rich history and tradition…some of my friends and Loloi took a trip to the small villages of India where some of my collections are made, and I was stunned seeing how beautiful the tradition of rug making is!”

The Kids Clothing Collab
Joanna took her design chops to the fashion world when creating this cute collection! She partnered with the girls’ clothing line, in part because her and Chip’s daughters Ella, 10, and Emmie, 7, had been wearing them for years.
