The right way to do a plank
To make the most of your short workout, assume the correct position.
- Your body should be in a straight line from head to heels. Watch your glutes: they should not dip or bulge.
- Your elbows should be bent at a 90-degree angle. Put your weight on your forearms and toes.
- Bringing yourfeet closer together will allow your abs to engage more. Adjust the space between your feet to the point where it’s comfortable, but it should not be too wide.
- Breathe slowly and rhythmically. The proper breathing technique will help you hold a plank longer and improve the results.
