Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent has revealed her horrific Dancing On Ice injuries ahead of the series opener on Sunday.
The actress, who plays Sophie Webster in the ITV soap, has suffered from heavy bruising before the first show has even aired but is determined to carry on skating.
During an appearance on today's Loose Women, Brooke joked that she is "just about walking" and questioned her decision to sign up for the notoriously dangerous show.
She also confessed that her biggest accomplishment isn't actually learning to skate, but giving up drinking, smoking and McDonald's burgers.
"I'm walking just about," said Brooke as she entered the studio. "Girls what have I done? Honestly. I keep asking myself that question."

When asked if she had any bruises, she said: "Not at the minute as I've had a week off for Christmas but literally I had a double bruise as I kept falling in the same place.
"But I'm alright this week, just this week."
Brooke admitted the hardest part of the show was learning to ice skate and that, while she likes watching other people fall over, it really hurts yourself.
She also revealed that she is forced to cling to skating partner Matej Silecky during terrifying spins that leave her unable to skate away.
She said: "I literally cling onto him and go I'm not letting go. So it takes a while to get your head around it."
Brooke, who is nervous to take to the ice on Sunday, is proud that she's starting eating healthily and given up smoking, drinking and McDonalds.

She added: "I think more than anything everyone's always wanted me to give up smoking and I think that’s my biggest accomplishment.
"My family are really proud of me for that and my boyfriend and my friends. Everyone says you've done really well with the eating because you know how much I love my McDonalds.
"I just love fatty foods. You never see a smiley person eating a salad."
