Chloe, 19, and 18-year-old Halle showed plenty of sisterly love in their retro-esque photoshoot for the monthly.

The elder of the two sisters wore a blue velvet two piece dress combination  by Kenzo for the snaps which resembled polaroids.

Halle - who just graduated from high school -  donned a purple knit sweater also by Kenzo.

Back in 2016, Beyonce signed the talented duo as the first signees to her independent label called Parkwood entertainment.

The Queen Bey found about about the sisters after seeing their 2013 of Pretty Hurts on YouTube. Three years later they were the opening act of her Foundation World Tour during the European leg.

They have since released their debut studio album The Kids Are Alright back in March as they said the entire process has not only helped them grow as artists but also as people.

Chloe said: 'Finding our voices as young women, not only in music but as young women in this world.

'Finding ourselves and speaking up about what's right and what's wrong and talking about our insecurities and learning to love them.'

They also said that what defines their generation is the willingness to speak out against what they see as injustices including those against women.

Halle explained: 'We're trying to raise awareness for what we can be and prove to others that we don't need to stay in this cookie-cutter image of what a woman should be. We can be so much more.'

Their career definitely seems to be on the up-and-up as they not only have new music but also star in new Black-ish spinoff series Grown-ish.

No doubt it is important for the rising stars to gain success on their own terms as Chloe said:  'It’s fun proving people wrong.

'Even with our music, early on when we were even much younger, people sometimes said our music should be more simple, more digestible, but my sister and I, we just pushed through together and we're like, "Bam. We're gonna do what we want to do."'
